How is it free?

We are asked this question more than any. Connecting electric and gas utilities are a courtesy service that we receive no compensation for. Some of the other service providers for TV, internet, and phone pay us a connection fee for helping connect your services. This win-win relationship is not only a simple convienence for you, but we will also save you money and time. Since we work with all the main providers of service, we understand the best promotions and let you choose which service providers best fit your budget and needs.

 

Is my information safe?

We use PCI standards and practices as defined by the credit card companies and the credit bureaus. In fact, some of our relationships with these service providers require us to have inspections for compliance in protecting client data and privacy. Your information is never shared with anyone or any company unless you first authorize us to share your information.

 

Why use your service?

Our goal is to help save you time and save you money. We shop the promotions from service providers daily and get notified of great deals, which are sometimes exclusive to our service. With our service you will not only easily find great promotions, but you will also not need to waste hours of your day shopping and connecting every service that is needed when you move in.

 

Will you get me better deals?

We make sure you are aware of the best promotions available. Some of our providers do give our customers exclusive discounts or credits for using our service. We guarantee that you will get better deals or at least the same deals if you called yourself. We want to make your move easier so let us get you connected.

 

How soon can I get started?

It is best to get started as soon as possible before you move. Some of the utility companies require at least 24 hours to make a connection and sometime longer. We can start helping you as soon as you would like, but most customers start about 1-2 weeks before they plan on closing on the home or moving.

 

Is this for Property Managers?

Property Manager's can refer their new Tenants. This complimentary service is paid for by service providers that landlords typically do not connect before they have a Leasee, such as television and internet. Although this service is for Homeowners and Tenants, a Property Manager can benefit by referring their new Tenant to make sure the utilities get changed on the effective date of the lease agreement.
